Formerly used as an office creating, the Mews Residence at present serves as a private residence and photographer’s studio in London. The 3 level living space was structured by TG-STUDIO as follows: ground floor with studio/workplace, cloakroom and guest bedroom, first floor with entertaining space and open program kitchen, dining and living area and second level with generously-sized master bedroom and stroll in wardrobe.
The restoration approach was difficult and implied a full visual makeover: “The home was stripped down to its structural walls and roof, and reinstated as a new contemporary house. All of the external walls and roof have been insulated and all windows and doors replaced. Some of the windows had been extended to the floor with external Juliet balconies”. TG Studio have been also accountable for the complete furnishing procedure, with outstanding benefits.
